A range of its own
Eco-friendly packaging is its own category so those products can be browsed without hunting through every other range. The page introduces them as the eco-conscious products we stock, next to the ordinary boxes, protection and postal products. Wholesale Packaging has supplied packaging in the UK since 1954. This range is the part of that catalogue grouped for a lower impact.
The page describes the point of the range as packaging that still protects the goods while using materials chosen to reduce waste. It is not a claim that every other product on the site is outside that description. It is the list gathered in one place.
Board and paper
M-envelope boxes are described on the eco-friendly page as the Tenvolope brand, using 100% recycled materials and fully recyclable. Book wraps are described as 100% recycled E-flute cardboard, biodegradable and recyclable. Kraft paper rolls and sheets are described as 100% recycled kraft, and the kraft category adds that the rolls are ribbed, machine glazed and 88 gsm.
Gummed paper tape is described there as 100% recycled paper, biodegradable and recyclable, with a strong seal on corrugated board. The tape category names the Xtegra water-activated range, in standard and reinforced versions, and the dispensers that wet the tape.
Protection
Biodegradable bubble wrap is described as made from 100% recycled materials, recyclable and biodegradable. It is separate from the small and large bubble in the main bubble wrap category. Packing peanuts in this range are described as Ecoflo, made from corn starch, and as a biodegradable loose fill.
The page also lists air pillows that are biodegradable, recyclable and made from recycled materials, and paper void fill that is recycled and recyclable. Use those when the empty space in the carton is the problem and you want the fill from this range.

Open the eco-friendly category and choose the material. The same dispatch rules apply as on the rest of the shop. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day. UK delivery is free on orders over £50 ex VAT, and stocked items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
