The figure is before VAT
UK delivery is free on orders over £50 ex VAT. The threshold is the goods total before VAT, not the amount including VAT. Delivery is to the UK address on the order.
An order under £50 ex VAT is still dispatched. It is not held back for being small. Orders placed by 3pm leave the same day.
A large consignment
The delivery page is the place to read the service before a large or awkward consignment, such as a pallet of cartons. The free threshold and the 3pm cutoff are the same rules. They do not replace the notes on that page for a difficult delivery.
