The cutoff is 3pm
Wholesale Packaging dispatches orders placed by 3pm on the same day. That rule is on the homepage and in the terms. An order placed at 3.01pm is not in that day’s dispatch. Weekends are not dispatch days.
The company has supplied packaging in the UK since 1954, from Elstree. The cutoff is the same for a single carton and for a mixed order of boxes, tape and void fill.
When it arrives
The terms say internet orders received by 3pm aim to be delivered by 5.30pm the next working day. Monday to Thursday, that is the next working day. Friday’s orders aim for the following Monday. A bank holiday on Friday or Monday moves the delivery to the next working day after that.
The homepage also describes the courier as a 1 to 3 day service, depending on the items in the order. The next-working-day aim and the 1 to 3 day window are both published. Plan the later of the two if the order is time-sensitive.
Free UK delivery
UK delivery is free on orders over £50 ex VAT. The threshold is the goods total before VAT, not the amount including VAT. An order under that figure is still dispatched on the same rule. It is not held back for being small.
Delivery is to the UK address on the order. The delivery page is the place to read the service before a large or awkward consignment, such as a pallet of cartons.
If the goods are not what you ordered
Stocked items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, credit or exchange. The returns page says to call and arrange it. A defect that was not obvious on delivery is covered in the terms, which ask for notice within 14 days of discovering it and no later than 30 days from delivery.
Payment on a standard order is card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A trade account is a separate arrangement, on the TradePro page.
