Dispatch and delivery

The 3pm cutoff, the next-working-day aim, and free UK delivery.

Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day. The terms aim for delivery by 5.30pm the next working day. Monday to Thursday that is the next day. Friday aims for Monday. A bank holiday on Friday or Monday moves the delivery.

UK delivery is free on orders over £50 ex VAT. The homepage also describes a 1 to 3 day courier service, depending on the items. These notes are the dispatch side of the shop.
